The compact avalanche transceiver is essential in avalanche-prone terrain, with intuitive operation and 70m range, it guides and supports your search for buried subjects-even in complex rescues.

To keep you safe on tour, the Barryvox S2 continuously checks its own operation with a self test function. For added safety on rescues, the avalanche transceiver is equipped with a rescue Send function and automatic switching from search to send. While searching for buried subjects, it guides you quickly with clear instructions via audible search guidance, voice guidance and cues on the easy-to-read animated display. With fine search, it offers reliable guidance down to the last meters. You can perform on the Mammut app, so you're ready to make fast, smart decisions in emergencies.

• Interference Guard intelligently manages and mitigates signal interference and indicates if interferences are detected in both send and search mode
• Auto-Select function guides you to the strongest/closest signal first in case of a multiple burial situation
• Buried subjects can be selected from a list, marked(Mark)and unmarked(Unmark)
• Deep Burial Mode: If a deep burial is detected, fine search is automatically started earlier(>3m)and provides precise guidance
• Auto guidance: Device continues to guide the rescuer to the buried subject in the event of signal failures or overlaps
• Rescue-Send: Protective function for non-searching rescuers. In the event of a secondary avalanche it automatically switches to Send to allow the rescuer to be located
